1、单个骨架能够在布袋破损漏灰时自动检测到灰尘并自动关闭出风口，使布袋除尘器粉尘达标排放，不用停机检修。
2、耐腐蚀、长期耐高温200℃以上的材料，骨架更换方便快捷单个布袋独立运行，不影响其他布袋工作，实现自动巡检，实时监控，自主供电，自动关闭，无外接电源。
3、除尘骨架可采用多节结构。接口在长期处于200℃环境中不会失去弹性。除尘骨架的表面经过有机硅喷涂烘烤防腐蚀处理，且表面光滑无毛刺。除尘骨架使用寿命保证期为80000h。
