Through zeolite wheel concentration, organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration can be concentrated into waste gas with small air volume and high concentration, and then treated in CO device, which can save operating cost to the maximum extent. After the waste gas is effectively collected, it is pretreated first, and then enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite wheel concentration system to adsorb the organic compounds in the waste gas. The purified clean gas passes through the adsorption fan and enters the exhaust pipe for high-altitude discharge. At the same time, the air volume from the low-concentration waste gas of the production line enters the cooling zone of the zeolite concentrating wheel to cool the wheel part after high-temperature desorption, the temperature of the 110℃ gas coming out of the cooling zone is first raised to 180-200℃ through heat exchange, and the 180-200℃ high-temperature gas after heat exchange is introduced into the desorption zone of the zeolite concentrating wheel to perform high-temperature desorption on the wheel part for adsorbing organic compounds. The organic compounds absorbed and concentrated in the runner are led out by RTO fan and introduced into CO device for oxidative decomposition, and the decomposition temperature is generally controlled at 300-350℃(CO), so that the organic compounds are completely decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, and the clean gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe at high altitude.
