CS2 micro-power domestic sewage treatment equipment independently developed by our company adopts A2O + MBBR +SBR combination process, which is integrated and includes five components: anaerobic zone, anoxic zone, MBBR aerobic zone, precipitation zone and equipment room. This technology has advantages of both traditional fluidized bed and biological contact oxidation method. It is a new and efficient sewage treatment method, which relies on the aeration in the aeration tank and the lifting effect of the water flow to make the carrier in a fluid state, and then forms the activated sludge growing in suspension and the biofilm growing in adhesion, giving full play to the advantages of the attached phase and the suspended phase. At the same time, aerobic nitrification and anoxic denitrification processes can remove organic matter and achieve the purpose of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The density of the suspended carrier added to the reactor is close to that of water, so during aeration, it is completely mixed with water, and the environment for microbial growth is gas, liquid and solid three phases. The collision and shear action of the carrier in the water make the air bubbles smaller and increase the utilization rate of oxygen. In addition, each carrier has different biological types inside and outside, some anaerobic bacteria or aerobic bacteria grow inside, and the outside is aerobic bacteria, so that each carrier is a micro-reactor, so that the nitrification reaction and denitrification reaction exist at the same time, thereby improving the treatment effect. As a micro-reactor, the nitrification reaction and denitrification reaction exist simultaneously, so as to improve the treatment effect.
