Positive pressure feeding system
Positive pressure feeding is mainly used in lime dosing and transportation. The lime powder is transported to the feeding bin together with the air through the air flow applied by the conveyor tanker, and the air is purified by the dust removal filter parts and then the lime powder is discharged and falls into the storage silo. The storage material storage stock has a level sensor to transmit a signal to the control system, and the lime dosing machine installed at the bottom of the silo sends the material out quantitatively, and transports it to the dissolving tank in a closed pipeline through a frequency conversion screw conveyor, and the water is added to configure the emulsion of the required concentration, and enters the storage tank after slag removal, and is injected into the dosing point with a metering pump to complete the lime dosing.
Negative pressure feeding system
The negative pressure feeding system is mainly used for the transportation of powders that are easy to flow and not easy to absorb moisture, such as activated carbon. After the activated carbon powder is accurately measured by the feeder, it is transported to the dissolving tank by the propeller, and the dissolved water is injected in a certain proportion at the same time to form an activated carbon slurry, with a maximum concentration of 5%, the concentration is adjustable, and the prepared activated carbon is transported to the dosing point through the dosing pump.
